About Shipping
Items that are in stock will ship to the United States and Canada within 10-15 business days from Monday through Friday. Please note that may vary by holidays.
We will use DHL/FedEx to ship your order.

Tracking Number
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes due to weekends or holidays time that shipping tracking is not available after1-2 days.
Cancel / Change Order
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us with your order number or user name. Then we can find your order quickly.Order cancellations/changes must be made within 12 hours from order placement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
