Usually bomenaa.com provide a 30-day warranty period for all orders. If the product itself is defective or damaged, you can contact us to return it. Return & Exchange

Returns. After you receive the order, please check whether the product is in good condition at the first time. If you find any problem, please contact us by email to indicate the specific problem of the product. It would be better if you attach a picture or video, so that we can quickly check Problem and solve the problem.

If the product is in good condition, it is simply because you don’t like it, don’t need it, or you bought it wrong, and you need to bear the return shipping cost yourself. Don't return a item without contacting us, we can't get it.

Exchange. When you receive the damaged product, please contact us in time. Generally, we will resend a new product to you, and you do not need to send the original product back. If you bought the wrong size and need to change it, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

 

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please send an email to us within 12 hours.  we will check and cancel it for you once the order still not been sent out. but as long as the order be shipped out from warehouse, we can't cancel it any more.  Thanks for your understanding.

 

Shipping Rate

We are unable to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your package, which means you should pay for the return shipping and it is the responsibility of you to make the return shipping safe and sound back to us. Also, The original shipping cost will be deducted.

Refund

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
